Adding learner profiles

As per issue #469, adding learner profiles based on the cohorts we've delivered to.

I've only delivered it to CDTs, who are represented by a single learner. Arguably I could split them into 2 - we tend to get people with a mix of different backgrounds, some of whom are arguably below the expected skills, some of whom basically already know all of day 1.

@steve-crouch mentioned delivering it to LSST, so I've added a profile based on the 'typical' astronomer too.

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.

This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.
