This PR adds an External Marketplaces section to the README, listing community-maintained plugin marketplaces that users can add.
Why?
The Contributing section mentions you can "submit your own marketplace." This PR proposes a dedicated section to list them, making it easier for users to discover additional plugin sources.
What's added
The dx plugin includes:
