This adds support for binding to an IP other than localhost.
Unfortunately tinymist does not support binding to 0.0.0.0 as discussed here, so you need to specify your computers hostname or local network IP, limiting portability in shared dotfiles, but that seems unavoidable.
While this change does work, it may be better to just recommend reverse proxies for this use case.
