• Documents project structure, build commands, code patterns, and verification steps
• Follows Boris Cherny's recommended format (~450 tokens, concise)

What's included

• Workflow - When to use Plan mode, build filtering tips
• Verification - Build, test, lint, changeset checklist
• Project Structure - Key directories overview
• Code Patterns - Export conventions, naming, commit format
• Common Commands - Most frequently used commands
• Learnings - Section for team to add discovered gotchas

Test plan

• Review content accuracy
• Verify commands work as documented
