Add new scan option for the maven profile - --scan-test-compile-lst

We're support the --test-compile-created-file option of the maven. see: Docs

But the options is a little difficult to use...
So, we implemented a new option --scan-test-compile-lst

e.g)

$ mvn test-compile
$ launchable subset --build <BUILD NAME> <OPTIMIZATION TARGET OPTION> maven --scan-test-compile-lst > launchable-subset.txt
