WalkthroughThe changes update two Java classes involved in commit processing. In the CommitGraphCollector, an inner class now maintains a set of shallow commit IDs, the constructor throws an IOException, and the transform method checks for shallow commits, setting a flag and invoking a dedicated warning method. In the JSCommit class, a new boolean field indicates whether a commit is shallow, along with its corresponding getter and setter methods. The modifications centralize the warning logic and adjust the control flow for handling shallow commits. Changes
