test(plugin-axe): add setupScript auth E2E test

Closes #1224

• Add E2E test for the setupScript option in the Axe plugin
• Reorganize fixtures into collect/ and auth/ directories
• Fix Windows compatibility issue with dynamic imports in setup script loader
