Testing council vote notification workflow
Major improvements to documentation organization and governance: Documentation Reorganization: - Created layered documentation system with agent-specific files - Extracted shared technical details to project/TECHNICAL_OVERVIEW.md - Added .CLAUDE.md, .GEMINI.md, .OPENAI.md for role-specific context - Reorganized all markdown files into logical directories: - /governance/ for partnership and voting docs - /project/ for state and technical docs - /partnerships/ for AI collaboration docs - /decisions/ for Architecture Decision Records - /votes/ for governance voting records Governance System: - Finalized file-based voting system in governance/VOTING_SYSTEM.md - Added vote validation script (scripts/validate-votes.js) - Implemented partner-specific cryptographic signatures - Successfully completed first vote (Syzygy rename) with unanimous approval - Added convenience npm scripts for vote operations Additional Updates: - Fixed all date inconsistencies (January 2025 → June 2025) - Updated all internal document references to new paths - Created comprehensive rename checklist for Syzygy transition - Added CI integration documentation for vote notifications Note: Tests for validate-votes.js to be added in follow-up PR Co-authored-by: Claude <ai-partner@anthropic.com> Co-authored-by: Gemini <ai-partner@google.com> Co-authored-by: OpenAI <ai-partner@openai.com>
