CG-17302: Add job_url property to Agent class

This PR adds a job_url property to the Agent class that returns the web_url of the current job. This fixes the issue where codegen.Agent.job_url was not being filled out.

Changes

• Added a job_url property to the Agent class that returns the web_url of the current job
• Added tests for the new property

Testing

• Added unit tests for the new property
• Added integration test to verify the property works correctly in a full workflow
