Description
Last night, I prompted copilot in my vscode to create an organic release announcement for our forums. Through series of refinements, I came up with what was posted in the forum today. To save time in the future, I asked it to create an instructions file which can be used in future releases to prompt to itself.

Adding the instructions file for later use. Edited manually for fixes.

Looks useful. We may need something similar for releasing a single version too.

The instructions has a note to amend as needed if the release is for a single version only.

Thanks for the review!
