Update documentation for theming constants and animation APIs

Summary

• document the interaction dialog animation speed constant and signature dialog button UIIDs in the theming reference
• add the composite component UIID hooks (icon/text/emblem) to the theme constants table
• refresh the animations guide to highlight the Form.animateLayout*/animateUnlayout* wrappers and the current setHidden margin caching behavior
