Could you explain a bit what your changes are trying to achieve and how I can test them?
It seems like you are doing a new CLI out of smart_ingest.py but we already have structure for a CLI in cli.py that we should re-use here

Also, we stick with english for the entire repo, but we will be happy to translate your changes once they are ready (like @filipchristiansen kindly did in #95)
