Update the comments in the example Compose file to indicate the socket-proxy variables which are required to be set for the Crowdsec docker acquisition to work properly. Failure to include these variables may result in the crowdsec process being unable to start due to socket-proxy returning HTTP 403 upon attempting to get container information.
