Avoid confusion with store's schema_prefix (schema-addressed storage paths). - database.database_prefix: Prefix for database/schema names - store schema_prefix: Path prefix for schema-addressed storage (unchanged) Works for both MySQL (schema=database) and PostgreSQL (separate databases).
