This PR prepares a new gateway release.

When merged, this will:

1. Create a release tag
2. Build and publish the npm package to @deploystack/gateway

The npm package will be available at:

• @deploystack/gateway@latest
• @deploystack/gateway@v0.11.0

Installation

npm install -g @deploystack/gateway@0.11.0

Release notes:

• feat(gateway): implement MCP endpoint and enhance logging for session management (6a3332b)
• refactor(gateway): remove version string from command description (6f2196a)
