Este Pull Request adiciona a solução do Exercício 02 da seção de Estrutura de Decisão da lista de exercícios da Python Brasil.
🔹 Alterações feitas:
Implementada a função positivo_ou_negativo(n), que verifica se um número é positivo, negativo ou zero.
Incluído um doctest para validar a função.
Adicionada a entrada de correção automática no arquivo .github/workflows/corretor_de_exercicios_secao_02.yml, garantindo que o exercício seja testado no GitHub Actions.
