Renamed to celery_broker_migration since there are other brokers outside of rabbit.

Renamed to celery_broker_migration since there are other brokers outside of rabbit. Kept support for
rabbitmq_migration_bridgeand will create a changelog as part of this to announce the deprecation/replacement. I doubt anyone is actively using this variable, but still good to do.Environments Affected
