Added eByggesak integration sample code in a separate folder
Reorganized existing code. Moved the generic sample code out Program.cs to Sample.cs.
Move clients initialization and the obtaining/refreshing of token to a separate class.


          Add a sample code for Documaster's integration to eByggesak.
