chore: Add analyzer debug settings and sandbox project

What's changed in this PR

1. BenchmarkDotNet.Analyzers.csproj

• Add IsRoslynComponent=true MSBuild property to enable analyzer debugging .
• SetAnalyzerLanguage=cs MSBuild property. Because current analyzer support C# only.
• Add launchSettings.json and configure DebugRoslynComponent settings.

2. AnalyzerTestFixture.cs

• Add temporary workaround code to support .NET 10.

3. BenchmarkDotNet.Samples.Sandbox.csproj

• Add sandbox benchmark project. It's expected to be used for following purpose.
• Debug BenchmarkDotNet.Analyzers project
• Add benchmarks for testing that use custom benchmark configs.
  (Config can be switched by setting BENCHMARKDOTNET_CONFIG environment variable)

4. samples/BenchmarkDotNet.Samples.Sandbox.slnf

Add solution filter for testing Sandbox related projects.

How to debug Analyzer project

1. Set BenchmarkDotNet.Analyzers project as startup project
2. Start Debugging
3. Debugger is started with BenchmarkDotNet.Samples.Sandbox project context.
