I had also removed the MSBuild custom culture resource handling because it is documented in .NET 10, but realized that this also affects .NET 9, hence the revert. |

@Ramo-Y This was linked from both sections since there are networking APIs that were affected, but do you think it's more confusing than helpful to have it linked from both sections? |
