Task/remove dupe dependency filesystem code

This is a follow up PR to

• Remove the old duplicate dependency code that used the file system from the dependency plugin
• Update the tests
• Add a duplicate dependency count statistic to the output of the duplicate-dependency plugin

The dependency analysis plugin should now just collect the stats for the number of esm/cjs packages, the number of dependencies/devDependencies and the install size.

The duplicate dependency plugin does the computations for how many duplicate packages are installed etc.
