This PR adds a N&N for eclipse-jdt/eclipse.jdt.ui#2302.
I don't know whether this should have a N&N because I'm not sure whether this is considered to be a bugfix or a feature (and I don't think many people use the "Only show the selected element" option) but I'm creating the PR in case it makes sense to add one.
There are still some open issues relating to that (eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.ui#3456, eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.ui#3457 and eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.ui#3585) but I hope these will be reviewed soon.
