Add 'cette demande possède une maquette du projet' step to enable testing file attachments in reopened authorization requests.
- Remove @pending tag from existing file deletion test that now passes - Add comprehensive test for file deletion in reopened authorizations The new test validates the complete workflow: - Opening a validated authorization for update - Deleting an attached file - Verifying the submit button is properly activated - Submitting the modified authorization
Extract duplicate scenarios into a dedicated feature file with shared background. The three scenarios now have distinct names and test: - Successful submission with file deletion - Return to summary without saving (file persists) - Cancellation of modification request (file persists)
