📝 Add an example of command to run the generate-client.sh with uv

Since we use uv to manage the py package and virtual env, so suggest to use uv to executing client generation for avoiding the packages or python command not found,

Not sure we need to add that alternative command (but it works and really simpler than activating venv manually).

Without bash command it fails with bash: ./scripts/generate-client.sh: Permission denied on my machine

fun-fact - if a file has a shebang (#!....) the extension is unnecessary as the kernel will know what to do

Thanks! I handled this in another PR, including the explicit bash part, and I updated the script to use uv and bun internally, etc.
