replace forbidden mdl links with cdnjs

All of mdl links return 403 forbidden causing rendering issues in the quickstart pages.

This PR is basically a recursive sed -i 's|code.getmdl.io|cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/material-design-lite|g;' to replace all getmdl.io links with cdnjs alternative links.
