A lot of the time we will be using JSON RPC over HTTP, and representing connections using data structures based on alloy's RpcClient.
This adds an HTTP2 RPC client with attested TLS. The server connection is made in the constructor, and the RpcClient is returned together with measurement data following a successful attestation exchange.
