Fix deprecated kUTTypeGIF usage on iOS 15+

Fixes iOS 15+ build error caused by deprecated kUTTypeGIF usage.
Replaced deprecated kUTTypeGIF with UTTypeGIF from UniformTypeIdentifiers, resolving the compiler error when warnings are treated as errors.
