It is possible for pngs to use 2- or 4 bit colors where multiple pixel are coded into a byte which png-js doesn't support.
This fix is still very rough and was a proof of concept. It might point some other developers in the right direction when facing problems with 2 or 4 bit pngs.
Let me know if this should be merged and I will gladly take another pass on it.
