Couple of smaller suggestions to make principles more enforceable or sharper but good to merge imho
Add explicit consequences for unaligned PRs, note on coverage as a diagnostic tool, and require justification for cross-SDK deviations. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
