@coadaflorin : We are ready to claim full support for C# 13 / .NET 9. That is, we support extracting all new language constructs for C# 13 and QL library and data flow support has been implemented.
Should we also include a change note that states this?

@michaelnebel Yes! That is a good suggestion. We should make sure we differentiate it from the 2.20.1 entry which said:
The C# extractor now supports basic extraction of .NET 9 projects. There might be limited support for extraction of code using the new C# 13 language features.
