As described here the use of value tuples leads to false positives for
cs/call-to-object-tostring. This is because we need consider the underlying type of theTupleType.To make the solution a bit more precise we decided to take the element types into account instead (as
ValueTupleoverridesToStringand calls theToStringmethod on each element in the tuple).
