Pull Request Overview
This PR reverts the post-release preparation changes made for codeql-cli-2.22.2, which will later be re-created using release-process automation. The changes systematically roll back version bumps and remove release notes across all CodeQL language packs and shared libraries.
- Reverts version numbers from post-release development versions back to previous release versions
- Removes generated changelog entries and release notes for the reverted releases
- Converts released change notes back to unreleased format for future processing
