This PR modernizes the ripunzip build workflow by adding automatic version detection and PR automation capabilities. It removes hardcoded version defaults in favor of dynamically fetching the latest releases from GitHub.

versionsjob that automatically fetches the latest ripunzip and openssl releases when not explicitly specified - Implements automated PR creation to update ripunzip binaries via a new
