Note that dependencies for packages/gooddata-pipelines were relaxed. [uv workspaces](https://docs.astral.sh/uv/concepts/projects/workspaces/) will used for project maintenance.
It is necessary to adapt uv in the code and infra things. Note that we cannot use symlink for LICENSES anymore because hatchling cannot access outside of directory.
Remove irrelevant files such as setup.py, etc.
Use uv workspaces
