Fixes #557

What changes did you make?

• Created chips Mkdocs page with structure for all 6 classes and their 5 respective states
• Styled each according to Microsite page mockup, making minor adjustments to color
• Avatar classes are built using img tags with a separate Material icon fallback

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• Changes were made to align with mockups as closely as possible
• Color adjustments were made in place of inconsistent color guide and to stray away from opacity values
• Material icons should already be linked in a previous PR in the mkdocs.yml, no changes necessary
