This PR simplifies copyright headers throughout the codebase by consolidating them into a more concise format while maintaining proper attribution and licensing information.
- Removes verbose licensing text in favor of SPDX identifiers only
- Removes duplicated license text while preserving the SPDX fields
- Adds a copyright symbol (©) to the SPDX-FileCopyrightText field
