Let me know what you think about adding GitHub Actions worfklow to build the project on Win with MSVC and MinGW, MacOS and Ubuntu.
As a start it builds with
BUILD_VIEWER_APPLICATION=OFF. It also reveals some build issues, see https://github.com/thbeu/ifcplusplus/actions/runs/8473111995.Superseding #43. Closes #159.
