Summary of Changes
This PR adds the typos action https://github.com/marketplace/actions/typos-action
It also includes a configuration file to exclude testing of certain folders (empty) and a list of false-positive words that it should not report (typos.toml)
Testing Instructions
The action should fail on some repos until the pr I created to fix various typos are fixed
