docs(pricing): add agent auth details to tables

Updates pricing docs to reflect Agent Auth availability and limits.

• Adds Agent Auth to the managed infrastructure feature matrix across plans
• Introduces Auth agents (authenticated) row in Limits for paid plans
• Clarifies limits note: org-wide by default; only successfully authenticated agents count toward limits
