Add clarifications to the caching docs that address recurring customer
confusion: caching is not enabled by default (even on paid plans),
it applies instance-wide (not per-project/dashboard), Google Sheets
syncs use cached results, and cache expiry is rolling not scheduled.
Also fix a typo ("whebnever").
