This PR adds the B2B functionality.

Type Annotations and Imports:

• Updated type annotations in ActivityHandler methods to use TurnContextProtocol instead of TurnContext. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18] [19] [20] [21] [22]
• Added imports for ChannelAdapter and ChannelApiHandlerProtocol in __init__.py. [1] [2]
• Imported TurnContextProtocol in activity_handler.py.

New Methods:

• Added continue_conversation_with_claims method to ChannelAdapter class, providing functionality to send proactive messages to a conversation.

Class Inheritance:

• Modified ChannelAdapter class to inherit from ChannelAdapterProtocol, ensuring it adheres to the protocol's requirements.
