Renaming bot references

This pull request includes significant changes to rename the Botbuilder library to Builder and update related references. The changes also include renaming classes and variables from Bot to Agent.

Library renaming and class updates:

• .azdo/ci-pr.yaml: Updated the pip install command to reflect the new microsoft_agents_builder package name.
• .github/workflows/python-package.yml: Updated the pip install command to reflect the new microsoft_agents_builder package name.
• libraries/Authentication/microsoft-agents-authorization-msal/microsoft/agents/authorization/msal/msal_auth_configuration.py: Changed import and class names from BotAuthConfiguration to AgentAuthConfiguration.
• libraries/Builder/microsoft-agents-builder/microsoft/agents/builder/__init__.py: Renamed from libraries/Botbuilder/microsoft-agents-botbuilder/microsoft/agents/botbuilder/__init__.py, and updated imports and public interface to use Agent instead of Bot. [1] [2]

Class and method updates:

• libraries/Builder/microsoft-agents-builder/microsoft/agents/builder/activity_handler.py: Renamed from libraries/Botbuilder/microsoft-agents-botbuilder/microsoft/agents/botbuilder/activity_handler.py, and updated class inheritance and method references from Bot to Agent.
