The line appears to have an incorrect format with " 1 " prepended before the pipe character. Based on the previous format which was " |0.7.0.", the line should likely be " |0.8.0." (with spaces before the pipe) or just "0.8.0." without the pipe and leading characters. The "1" appears to be a line number that was accidentally included in the version string.
