Overview
Updates snippet documentation to clarify that snippets can live outside /snippets/ by configuring a new docs.json snippets array of glob patterns, including import examples and updated prerequisites.

Aligns related docs by updating the React component import guidance to reference configurable snippet directories, and adds the snippets field to the docs.json settings reference (with minimatch syntax and example config).
