Test placeholder text in production documentation

Low Severity

The text "Hello world" appears to be test or placeholder content that doesn't belong in production documentation. This generic phrase provides no documentation value and looks out of place at the top of a quickstart guide that otherwise contains polished, professional content about deploying documentation sites.
