Description
Adding the Starknet MCP Server to the community servers section of the README.md. This server provides comprehensive Starknet blockchain interaction capabilities to AI agents.

This server extends the MCP ecosystem by providing blockchain capabilities for the Starknet ecosystem. It allows AI agents to interact with Starknet networks, query blockchain data, manage wallets, and interact with smart contracts.
