Description

Server Details

  • Server: SQLite MCP Server
  • Changes to: adding autotests

Motivation and Context

This demonstrates a concept of autotesting using language-agnostic tool.

Additionally new "Tooling" section is added to Readme with the mcp-autotest tool, which could be later expanded with more community provided tools.

How Has This Been Tested?

By running npx mcp-autotest run testdata uv run mcp-server-sqlite in folder src/sqlte.

Note: repeated runs need to clean the db state first like this: rm sqlite_mcp_server.db ; npx mcp-autotest run testdata uv run mcp-server-sqlite

Thanks for contributing this PR. This server has been moved to the archived repository at https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/servers-archived to reduce maintenance overhead, so we can focus our efforts on a smaller set of core servers.
Since we're no longer accepting contributions to this server, we won't be able to merge this PR. If you're interested in contributing similar functionality, we recommend checking out the alternatives listed in the Readme.
