Add the proxymock CLI tool to the list of MCP servers.

Motivation and Context

proxymock is a free CLI tool that records a running app and turns inbound requests into tests and outbound requests into service mocks.

How Has This Been Tested?

MCP adapter tested with Cursor, Claude Desktop and VSCode.

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
