Description

Added MCP STDIO to Streamable HTTP Adapter so Clients that support STDIO can start using some of the Streamable HTTP servers and so Streamable HTTP servers can be developed.

Server Details

Motivation and Context

No clients support the Streamable HTTP servers yet, so it's tough to start developing them. This lets any MCP Client that works with MCP connect to the new Streamable HTTP Servers

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested in Claude Desktop, Librechat and in Inspector

Nope!

Types of changes
