Add Tako Server

Description

Tako is a tool that users or AIs can use to search and retrieve real-time authoritative data and visualization from Tako's knowledge index. Tako MCP brings Tako to the LLM client.

Motivation and Context

Tako brings in real-time data to the LLM Client to ground their responses. Also, Tako provides visualization that can be used along with the text response LLM creates.

How Has This Been Tested?

The MCP Server was tested with Claude Desktop as a local server and remote server
